Cancellations and Returns
These Terms should be read carefully by you before you place an order for Artworks from ARTinTRA. You will be asked to accept these Terms before placing your order. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not place an order.
ARTinTRA may change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you. Please check these Terms and Conditions every time you wish to order Artworks from ARTinTRA to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
Our Return Policy in short
- Contact ARTinTRA before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
- The product must be in 'new' condition.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
- Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
Please contact ARTinTRA before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts ARTinTRA and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel (under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented in the applicable EU member state(“CRD”)), your contract at any time up to 15 working days after the day on which you receive the Artworks you ordered, by giving us notice of cancellation by emailing or writing to us.
Return Conditions If the Artworks supplied to you are in an unsatisfactory condition on delivery or you have any other complaint about the Artworks, you should immediately contact ARTinTRA by email.
You can return the product within 15 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. ARTinTRA suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us (at your cost) before we can issue your refund, at the following address:

If you are not happy with your purchase, and return it to ARTinTRA at your expense, we are happy to refund the sales price and any delivery costs, provided you let us know within 15 days of receipt and the artwork is returned in good condition and in its original packaging.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. ARTinTRA is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to ARTinTRA by email.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 15 days, ARTinTRA reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
